Now in its 16th year on the air in Northern Michigan, the WJML Shopping Spree is a WIN-WIN advertising program for your business. Your advertising will cost you CERTIFICATES for your services instead of CASH.  In exchange, WJML will sell your certificates on the air and use the money received to pay for your advertising. You will receive new customers that have a genuine interest in your product or services. You will receive advertising on the Shopping Spree program while your certificates are being sold, plus you will receive the full retail value of the certificates in an advertising schedule on WJML. (Dinner certificates must be a cash value large enough for two people to dine. Tax and tip are paid to you at the time the certificate is redeemed.)

Here's how it works:

1.  The merchandise or services that we trade can be expensive or inexpensive, large or small...almost anything can qualify...dining, lodging, golf, entertainment, merchandise or services.WJML will trade advertising credit for your goods at your "shelf price!"

2.  WJML will sell these items over the air, typically 30% to 50% off their "shelf price," giving our listeners another great reason to do business with you.  Your business will be promoted on the air as we describe your offerings.  Listeners will call WJML to purchase the items using VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card or their American Express card.

3.  The WJML listener who buys the item will receive a certificate which is to be redeemed at your business location.

4.  We can produce a list of names and cities of all the customers we deliver to you as a result of this effective and measurable program.

5.  You may run your advertising schedule on dates of your choosing, all within prime time!  All Shopping Spree advertising packages include promotional mentions for your business on the air as we describe your featured items during THE SHOPPING SPREE SHOW, plus you receive an advertising schedule consisting of 30 second or 60 second ads traded at standard rate card rates. The Shopping Spree is not available for sponsorship of special programs such as news or weather.  The advertising package can be supplemented with an additional cash schedule on WJML if desired.

The WJML Shopping Spree is now featured on the World Wide Web at www.WJML.com and NorthernMichiganMall.com.  As a service to you, your business logo or picture is included on our website with a link to your website. Web surfers can click on your business name and see the website for your business.
